How did the implementation advance the department's or division's involved, as well as the institution?	We have completed the establishment of the committee and they are currently reviewing our mission statement, syllabi, curriculum and course content. Their assessment will be completed by the fall 2022 semester. A complete review and assessment of their recommendations will be conducted by the CJ department during the Spring semester with a final action report to be completed by the end of the Spring semester.
If the initiative has not been implemented, please explain why	The initiative has been implemented and is currently functioning with recommendations to be submitted by Spring 2023.
