The Tutorial Center was able to provide training to new peer and professional tutors through a New Tutor Orientation.  The orientation was geared at introducing tutors to available resources through Angel, the Student Portal and online academic websites.  

The orientations provide necessary training to the tutors which then makes them more qualified to provide the best possible services to SUNY Orange students.  The training also allows the department to expand its reach and services instead of dealing with issues that result from having an untrained and uninformed staff.
