The administration of the Faculty and Staff Opinion Survey (aka Employee Satisfaction Survey) would mark the third administration period.  The survey is administered to both faculty and staff employed at the College.  Employees provide feedback on a range of categories.  The results of the survey have been disseminated college-wide for use on a wide array of initiatives and projects, including self-study preparation and strategic planning. 

Consequences of this initiative not being funded

If the survey is not administered, the College will lose the consistent data gathered from employees at regular intervals. Without feedback from faculty and staff,  it is extremely difficult for the institution to have the information it needs to improve programs and supports that service its employees.

The survey provides the institution much data, including now comparison data, by which to measure progress in meeting our Strategic Priorities. Additionally, the data is utilized for identifying ways in which to improve programs and services.
