Human resources are being taxed when self-training has been the only option for report writers in learning and using the new reporting tool, Cognos.  The current level of knowledge and skill needs additional and external expertise to increase the ability of report writers to fully understand the reporting tool and maximize its features for the benefit of the college.

Consequences of this initiative not being funded

Human resources are not being efficiently and effectively utilized in many departments, including, IPAR, ITS, and SS.
