Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	In order to maintain current technology and a competitve edge for our students, we must constantly keep all software used in the department on a regular upgrade schedule. Since all of our programs in Applied Technology rely heavily on software, this can be a very large part of our budget. In addition, now that some of our courses are run in Newburgh, there is the added expense of upgrading software on both campuses at the same time.
