Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	THIS IS OUR MOST CRITICAL INITIATIVE, and its success will depend largely upon the hiring of a CEM Director. This Director will: 1. Utilize computers moved from HA 309 for multiple uses for both students and faculty 2. Provide many services through CEM, based on research being done through 12/14 3. Pursue grants to support such services
