Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	A historical wall of the development of the College and Alumni Relations was removed from the back wall of Orange Hall Gallery several years ago. An updated replacement needs to be created with alumni event photos, pinning, plaques recognizing our distinguished alumni, and engaging current students with the past of the College and a vision of what their future as an alumnus/a can be.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	Loss of awareness of institutional and alumni relations history and alumni involvement in the community. Lost opportunity to communicate with students about current alumni roles in the community and opportunity for students to envision themselves in similar roles.
Department Goals	Recognize and celebrate the achievements of our alumni and the integral role in our community that they play., Develop alumni educational programming for students from the first day of class to commencement. Establish a once a month alumni relations open house program for students, facutly, staff and alumni to discuss alumni relations activities.
