Create new display materials for CAPE

Initiative TitleCreate new display materials for CAPE
Submitted in Previous Year(s)No
Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale

CAPE represents itself and many times the entire college at job fairs and expos.  In order to present the college in the best light, new display materials are needed to attract attendees to our table.  These need to feature our new campus and new buildings as well as products and services offered by CAPE.

Consequences of this initiative not being funded

The college's public image will be outdated, behind the times, and unattractive.  This could affect both credit and non-credit enrollment.

Institutional Goals

Goal How will the initiative support this institutional goal?
A new display, with photos of the Newburgh campus, will help to attract new students and clients to the college.
An attractive, up to date display will help to enhance the college's image with external customers and the general public. Pictures of the Newburgh campus will help to allay fears about attending in Newburgh. A new display will help to attract people to our booth where we can then speak to them, determine their needs and interests and how the college can help them.
A new display for the college to use at job fairs and expos will help to attract new and diverse potential customers which will allow us to discover new markets and develop new training products to meet their needs.
