Establish user friendly guide and written procedures that align with newly defined search process.  Audiit current procedures to ensure that they align with the College's diversity, equity, and accessiblity goals and update the guide as needed.

Consequences of this initiative not being funded

Aligning all recruitment and hiring  processes with the College's diversity, equity, and accessiblility goals is essential to attracting diverse candidates.  Diverse teams and groups of people are better equipped to innovate and address the needs of those they serve. In order to reamin a desirable and relevant employer all areas that impact potential employees as well as current employees must consider processes with regard to efficiency and regard for equity.
