Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | The function of the campus libraries is to support students with research and assignments. There are many ways to do this, for example social media has been and can be used by libraries to encourage students to engage with librarians and library staff. The user experience involves listening to our user base, creating personal environments that support the specific needs of the student population which in turn support the retention efforts of the college. |
