Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | Student Accounts would like to continue exploring online availability of Student Account's functions and utilization of Mach forms when possible. These Mach forms can be but not limited to the following:
1) Students using current term financial aid for previous terms.
2) Promissory Notes for students who would like to establish a payment plan with the college after the semester they have a balance with is completed. |

By having all possible forms and submissions opportunities online, will both support the goal to streamline services and increase productivity and efficiency. Both providing convenience for the student by not having to stop in person to Student Services Central to complete forms or mail them in, as well this will provide an efficient system in which documentation can be tracked. |
