Employers tell us that the career readiness of recent college graduates is of concern.  Many new graduates lack the basic soft skills required to be successful on the job.  NACE has identified seven competencies associated with career readiness for the new college graduate and has made material available for colleges to use to build a curriculum.  We established 7 new workshops around the 7 competencies.We plan to present these workshops to our students in collaboration with business leaders.
