Initiative Title | Integratable Form Creation Software |
Submitted in Previous Year(s) | No |
Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | Kuali Build is a no-code custom form and workflow automation platform that would replace MachForms. This service when used in conjunction with TeamDynamix's (TDX) Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and DreamFactory's API interface would allow for the creation of forms that would have the capability to add information directly into backend services such as Banner. This would streamline and reduce the overall time spent on data entry across the campus. With the successful rollout of our first fully integrated form during the 23/24 Academic year, we will continue to transition critical forms to the new Kuali Build system. |
Consequences of this initiative not being funded | By not funding this initiative, the campus would need to continue to rely on staff to take information gathered from forms and input that into the requisite backend service. |
