For Assessment: Interview New Tutors on existing knowledge of study strategies. Interview New Tutors at the Self-Evaluation to determine what study strategies they have implemented into/recommended during their tutoring sessions. Coordinators of tutorial services and their assistants 4

Expected Outcomes

Outcome Order
Tutors will be trained in study strategies and how to communicate them to students. Tutors will be more likely to share information if they know the terminology and are familiar with the processes behind studying. 1
Tutors will include study strategies into tutoring sessions as part of their job requirement. 2
