Regularly follow up with tutors via email, one-on-one discussions, chats in the center and scheduled appointments (orientations, workshops, Self-Evaluations). Coordinators of tutorial services and their assistants 3
Observe New Tutors (or struggling tutors) and provide constructive criticism, suggestions, and praise. Coordinators of tutorial services and their assistants 4
For Assessment: Collect Tutor Surveys to gauge tutors' satisfaction with the Center, their own improvement and whether or not they feel supported by the Center. Coordinators of tutorial services and their assistants 5
For Assessment: Regularly document tutors' feedback on the center, tutors' improvements/setbacks. Record what actions (observations, follow-ups, interviews, surveys, etc...) have been taken by the Coordinator/Assistants. Record action, date, response.
