Reach out to faculty via email, phone, etc. encouraging them to fill out referral applications for students seeking tutoring. Coordinators of tutorial services and their assistants 2
For Assessment: Analyze the referral application filled out by students' instructors. Make note of the most commonly asked for services (note-taking, test-taking, group work, one-on-one support, homework help). Coordinators of tutorial services and their assistants 3
For Assessment: Track how many emails have been sent out to instructors by the Academic Support staff (including tutors) during the semester. Emails should be CC'ed to a Tutorial Center Coordinator or the Tutorial Center general email to help keep track. Coordinators of tutorial services and their assistants 4
