For Assessment: Create and administer Student Survey of the LSS's to determine student satisfaction with the sessions. Can be administered via email (follow-up email) or in person if the student comes for tutoring. Coordinators of tutorial services and their assistants 6
For Assessment: Analyze the Intake Form and the LSS Student Survey in conjunction with Banner to determine what demographic of students comes to the LSS's.
