Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	The Banner Report Group will work to create a "library" of accessible data reports. The reports "library" will clearly identify for each (valid) report - data elements, data limitations as well as target audience. Additionally, the "library" will provide information necessary to run, understand and utilize the data reports. The Report Group will best determine the location of the "library" (i.e. via webpage, portal, etc.)

STRATEGIC Priority II: Increase effectiveness of planning and resource allocation to allow for data- and research-driven decision-making regarding College operations and programming by a. Expanding scope of responsibility and authority of the Planning Committee b. Improving the collection, usefulness and availability of planning data c. Developing and integrating into the operating life of the College the recommendations made by the Middle States Association’s Commission on Higher Education.	The report "library" will allow for increased access to data by various target audiences. The data is intended to be utilized for planning, decision-making as well as assessment efforts.
