| Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | This course for liberal arts students has not run in several years, we believe because students have been taking what they may assume to be "an easy way out": taking Foundations of Mathematics for Elementary School Teachers, which is MAT 111. We are in the process of adding the words "for education majors only" to the college catalog for MAT 111 beginning in the Spring of 2015, and therefore will try offering MAT 113 that same semester. |
