Submitted in Previous Year(s)No
Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale

Measures of institutional effectiveness are essential in determining to what extent the College is achieving its goals as well as strategic priorities.  With the advent of a new Strategic Plan and a submission of data and benchmarks to SUNY, VFA, IPEDS, etc., the College will again take a look at the effectiveness measures and evaluate ways in which they are meaningfully discussed and further utilized for planning and improvement. The College will also consider adopting more LEADING indicators when evaluating effectiveness of efforts as compared to traditional LAGGING indicators.
