In response to education and training needs expressed by their students and graduates, academic departments are able to develop programs that will enable our students and graduates to remain competitive in today's employment marketplace. In response to education and training needs expressed by local employers, CAPE can develop programs that will enable our students and graduates to continually develop and enhance their knowledge and skills. CAPE can provide the mechanism to develop and implement these programs.

This helps the county to offer valuable human capital to current and prospective employers.
