Initiative Title | Provide funding support for leadership training |
---|---|
Submitted in Previous Year(s) | 2017 |
Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | Governance leaders perform critical duties for the institution. In order to better do so, funding is vital so they can be trained to perform those responsibilities. This would include in house training for governance leaders, as well as local and regional conferences sponsored by FCCC and SUNY. |
Consequences of this initiative not being funded | Governance leaders will be less prepared to assume their duties and conduct the business of shared governance. |
