| Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | This self contained water pressure machine is used for deep cleaning of ceramic tiled walls and floors, as well as, the remainder of the restroom. It works really good for restrooms like in the Student Shepard Center where there are no floor drains because it vacuums up dirty water. It is also a hands-free unit which makes for very quick, safe deep cleaning, and utilizes a "green seal certified" chemical. This machine travels well and from time to time will also be used on the restrooms in Newburgh. |

This initiative supports this institutional goal by providing cleaner restrooms more often because of the speed and depth of clean that is realized, not to mention that by using this machine the custodian is operating in a safer way for him or herself. |
