| Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | This self contained water pressure machine is used for deep cleaning of ceramic tiled walls, floors, toilets, sinks and urinals. It is designed to be used in places where there are no floor drains, such as the restrooms in the Student Shepard Center. It is also a hands-free unit which makes for very quick, safe, deep cleaning, and normally utilizes a "green seal certified" chemical. This machine travels well, and from time to time, will also be used on the restrooms in places such as, Newburgh, and other Middletown campus buildings where there are no Kiavac machines available. |

This initiative supports this institutional goal by providing cleaner restrooms more often because of the speed and depth of clean that is realized, not to mention that by using this machine the custodian is operating in a safer way for him or herself. |
