Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	Since Discoverer is no longer being supported, the College is transitioning to Cognos as its primary reporting tool. All reports that have been created will need to be prioritized and "re-written" using the new software/tool. While power-users have been trained, additional working time is needed to understand and become proficient with the new reporting software.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	Data that has consistently been utilized will need to be made available; if not, decision-making impacts may result.
