Gather three proposals for HRIS system that are compatible with existing ADP payroll system. Interview vendors and select system that meets the need to improve all processes.  Select modules that directly impact and improve the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Consequences of this initiative not being funded

Currently our employee database is on a very aniquated platform that does not bridge directly with our recruitment, onboarding, benefits, or payroll system.  The current platform cannot be sustained due to the creator no longer providing updates or support. This system will become obsolete and ineffective in the near future.

Goal How will the initiative support this institutional goal?
An updated HRIS system will enable a more effective and effcient recruitment and onboarding process. A new system would faciltate data driven decisions and strategc decision making. It would also enable the College to align work and compentencies with our objectives to drive and reimagine performance. An updated HRIS system would also make for more efficient workforce planning.
