Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | Set up our center scanner to securely scan release of records requests, health professions physicals, and any other paper files that need to be including in a student's electronic clinical record. This will help to eventually eliminate all paper files and allow our office to more easily access all parts of a student's clinical record. It maximizes efficiency of storage and retrieval of the records and security of the records. |
