Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | Set up one terminal in each Wellness Center for students to sign in for services when they come to the Wellness Center which will include the ability to electronically sign an informed consent form. This equipment will allow full utilization of the software license we have purchase and help eliminate our current use of having to have staff sign students in as well as still having paper files. |
Consequences of this initiative not being funded | Inefficient operation of our center and the need to continue to keep paper files. |
