The mission of the Office of Academic Advising is to collaborate with students in developing the resources, skills and knowledge to pursue their academic, career and personal goals. Our goals are to provide students with relevant, accurate and timely information, empower them to be self-directed, foster partnerships that promote student success and continuously improve our services.

In response to the post pandemic environment, we have re-introduced on-site registration workshops offering students the opportunity to have their first registration experience on campus. These workshops also serve as an introduction to the college community and their peers, aiming to create a welcoming and pleasant experience. As we continue to provide more opportunities for students to engage on campus, it is essential to ensure that our environment is one where students feel comfortable and envision themselves pursuing their educational journeys. To that end, we are requesting updates to our location in the Shepard Student Center on the Middletown campus to better serve our incoming students and their families.

During the 2025-2026 academic year, our facility renovation request will align with Strategic Priority #3: Sustain and Invigorate our planned future: Reimagine human, financial and physical resources.
