  1. To explore and expand opportunities for providing learning assistance services as part of emerging learning communities in collaboration with academic departments, the Library and Student Services.
  2. To work with department chairs to develop customized tutoring and learning assistance services for students requesting academic support in courses taught by their faculty.
  3. To collaborate with academic departments and Student Services to offer academic support to new and continuing students who have placed into developmental courses.
  4. To collaborate with academic departments, librarians and instructional technology staff to develop ways to assist students in accessing on–line resources for purposes to include development of learning skills, online research skills (i skills), maneuvering in Angel and mastery of the College information system.
