A general statement (narrative) about what the department wants to accomplish.

The Department of the Vice President for Administration and Finance seeks to continue improving the physical plant of both campuses of the College, streamlining processes where possible in order to achieve cost savings/sharing with various constituencies.

The VP continues to maintain open communication with the State and the local Sponsor in order to insure financial stability and programmatic support. Internally, the departments reporting to the VP, support the Priorities in the College's Master Plan through skilled management of the human capital, physical plant, financial resources and information and planning processes.

1	•Enhance Middletown Campus physical plant with an emphasis on offices, classrooms and computer labs using the Facilities Plan for Annual Renewal and Renovation
2	•Use Self-Study as a guide for continuous improvement in the areas of resource allocation, communication and assessment
3	•Participate in the Facilities Masterplan Update
4	•Complete the renovation of the vacated spaces created by the RCSE Building
5	•Continue to pursue cost sharing/saving measures with the County and Consortium partners
