Goals 14-15

SallieMae, our third party vendor used to issue refunds, process on-line credit card payments, and offer a payment plan to students was sold to HigherOne.  This allowed our area to explore new options for these services, which has proved to be to our advantage.  

We signed on with HigherOne to process refunds for students more quickly and efficiently.  ATM's will be installed on both campuses to allow students easier access to their funds.

We are contracting with Heartland Payment Systems to be both our processor and servicer for credit card payments.  By eliminating the "middle man", fees charged for accepting credit cards will be reduced.  On-line payments will be posted in real time.

We will also be contracting with Heartland to offer students a payment plan with more budget and payment options.
