Accomplishments include successful implementation, maximum recruitment, and meeting or exceeding student outcomes, when applicable to grant-funded programs, and/or community-based organization and work placement metrics, as well as bolstering the WFD's presence in the community and region, by reaching out to individuals, industry leaders and community based organizations providing them with the many opportunities and partnerships available through the WFD division of the college.

1 Successfully launch and reach maximum recruitment for Reimagine CPhT and High Needs CPhT programs, as well as Future of Work Centers Manufacturing Machine Operator (HAAS) program in collaboration with Pine Bush High School
2 Increase industry-based relationships by 25% with employee WFD upskill training programs
3 Increase braided funding opportunities between SUNY, federal, state, local and private grants, as well as scholarship funding opportunities through organizations such as the OC Workforce Development Board
