The Guided Pathways model supports early career exploration and promotes career advising in order to help each student align their career plans with college programs.  In the absence of a Director and with the development of Career/Academic Communities underway, determining the particulars of a plan for the up-coming academic year are premature at this moment.  

Future directions for this Office will include the delivery of career related services (career exploration, resume writing, career panels, etc) designed to meet the specific needs of the various Career Communities.  In addition, the Office staff will work more closely with prospective students/families in conjunction with Admissions.  This role will carry over  to the New START and to work with new students during their first semester at SUNY Orange.
