Our goal is to replace all the chairs in 3 lab rooms used in the Clinical Science Technology Department ( BT 315, 317, 319)

The wooden chairs in these labs are old and are falling apart. They have not been replaced for the past 25 years (as long as I have been teaching here). Injury can result from students continuing to use these chairs that are falling apart. Also, newer lab chairs are ergonomic and adjustable so that students can have a better learning experience using microscopes and lab equipment. These chairs would be able to adjust to the height that students need to work at the lab bench
