User Services is responsible for distributing and maintaining desktop hardware, software, and multimedia resources.  By assisting students, faculty, and staff in the appropriate use of technology, User Services provides a primary point of contact for end-user support, and offers a wide range of services including audiovisual distribution, management of computer labs, inter-active classrooms, and promotes technology innovation.

Department Goals

Specific things the department wishes to achieve or accomplish this academic year.

# Department Goal
1 Complete the procurement and installation of phase IV of the computer replacement plan
2 Work with Faculty and Staff on the CTEA grant 2017-2018 initiative.
3 Develop and maintain a more efficient plan for printing with the assistance and direction of Toshiba.
4 Utilize MIcrosoft's SCCM or another tool to update and maintain all of our computer labs and personal computer devices.
