During the next year, I will continue to support grants development at the college by seeking and developing grant opportunities that meet the goals of the college. This includes making sure faculty and staff are aware of grant opportunities, and that I am current with knowledge about which areas are grant ready. In addition, I will continue pre and post grant related assistance as necessary.

 

Department Goals

Specific things the department wishes to achieve or accomplish this academic year.

1 Continue to make staff and faculty aware of grant opportunities that align with the College’s Strategic Plan and College Goals.
2 Develop grant proposals for grant competitions announced during the year as approved by college administrators.
3 Partner with the CTL in providing staff and faculty with grant development education.
4 Continue to provide grant related assistance to faculty, staff and administrators, pre and post award.
5 Engage a consultant to help with the highly competitive TRIO grant completion.
