The Grants Office will continue supporting the College by securing external funds from public and private organizations to help achieve its mission and goals. Assistance is available in all aspects of grant development including initial planning; funding research; proposal writing, budgeting and supporting documentation; proposal submission; and award notification publicity. Once a grant is awarded, the Grants Office also provides technical support during grant execution and management.

Department Goals

Specific things the department wishes to achieve or accomplish this academic year.

# Department Goal
1 Continue to research grant opportunities that align with College's Strategic Plan, Academic and Student Services Master Plans, and PIP initiatives. Inform appropriate staff and faculty of grant opportunity.
2 Develop proposals for grant competitions announced during the year as approved by college administrators.
3 Continue providing staff and faculty with grant development education.
4 Continue to provide grant related assistance to faculty, staff and administrators, pre and post award.
