The Honors Advisory Board carefully considered the use of PIP and the plans we feel are of utmost importance to operate effectively.  Our top priority MUST be to have a safe and appropriate space.  While our previous dedicated space had issues, it was dedicated.  With that space (finally) being realized as unsafe, finding a new dedicated and appropriate space is necessary--and part of best practices for honors programs.  Additionally, funding for conferences as well as scholarships is necessary to provide access and opportunities for students of all ages and backgrounds.
