1.) The Associate Vice of Human Resources will review other alternative on-boarding software packages for implementation in 2014.
2.) The Associate Vice President of Human Resources will oversee the review of all of our employee recognition programs for possible change in 2014.
3.) The Associate Vice President will oversee the College Wide Professional Development Day.
4.) The Associate Vice President of Human Resources will implement any new regulations from the Affordable Care Act.
5.) The Associate Vice President of Human Resources will use information gained from the Human Resource evaluative survey to continually improve the services provided by the department.
6.) The Associate Vice President of Human Resources will review the current process for employee searches decreases and improve the process so that the time taken to complete an employee search by decreasing in time by 15%.
7.) The Associate Vice President of Human Resources will oversee the evaluation and possible implementation of pay cards in 2014.
