A general statement (narrative) about what the department wants to accomplish.

The Human Resources Department plans on reveiwing and revamping some current initiatives and programs. Based on feedback from surveys and focus groups we will make more timely information available to our current staff while making the process for possible candidates or new employees as seemless as possible.

With the new portal coming online we plan on having a greater presence for information for our supervisors as well as new employees.
