Goal 1 - Facilitate the implementation and utilization of the College's Institutional Effectiveness Plan during the AY 2013-2014 in order to measure progress, identify priorities, and set forth future goals and objectives. 

Goal 2 - Continue to collaboratively, with Cabinet, organize and outline the annual college-wide planning, resource allocation and assessment activities.

Goal 3 - Continue to co-chair the College's Middle State's Self-Study process by finalizing and submitting the Self-Study Report in February 2014 and facilitating a successful Team Visit in April 2014.

Goal 4 - Continue to collaborate with Academic Affairs, Assessment Advisory Committee and CTL in order to develop and offer appropriate and beneficial resources, such as rubrics, web support, trainings, etc. to assist and support departments in their assessment planning, implementing and utilization activities.  

Goal 5 - Enhance knowledge and utilization of SUNY System's OBIEE tool [training in May 2013] in order to further access institutional data submitted through SIRIS in report formats that provide benchmark, historic and comparative data.  

Goal 6 – In collaboration with the VPs and the President, outline a Strategic Plan review/revision process to be facilitated during the AY 2013-2014.
