For the 2019-2020 year, the overall goal is to continue to support the Guided Pathways/SOEX efforts at SUNY Orange - in regards to facilitation, data, reporting, etc.  Additionally, the IPAR Office intends to be fully engaged in the Strategic Planning process for the development of the College's next guiding plan.

Department Goals

Specific things the department wishes to achieve or accomplish this academic year.

1 To [continue] to support with data, information, and facilitation the SOEX/GP effort.
2 To propose a survey request, design, and implementation process that is approved and utilized college-wide
3 To place emphasis on the end user data/report needs in regards to training
4 To align the strategic planning review process with SOEX in order to prepare for Self-Study and the development of a new SP
