For AY 2013-2014

• To maintain high quality Mathematics faculty and courses.
• To maintain and evaluate for potential expansion web-enabled offerings in Mathematics for students
• To maintain safe, accessible and sustainable Mathematics Department facilities that support the learning environment

1. Planning for The Center for Mathematics
2. Paint offices
3. Make blueprints
4. Projector for room 303
5. Projector and computer for room 302
6. Adequate space, computers, and office equipment for faculty
7. Replace 2 inadequate desks (in 302A and 321)
8. Provide new computers and furniture for newly hired faculty
9. Mathematics Tutorial Lab
10. Chairs
11. Tutors
12. Projector to use with Smart Board
13. Dry-Erase markers
14. Space for the newly formed Mathematics Club

• To develop, implement and maintain tools to facilitate department efficiency

1. Templates for classroom observations
2. Scheduling
3. Maintain a plan for the annual summer move to BT

• To ensure continuity of the Team atmosphere
• To support division goals
• To have all Course Evaluation Summaries submitted electronically
