  1. Complete the Newburgh Campus Impact Study and use the results to develop long-range plans for the development of the Newburgh Campus
  2. Develop a 3-year sequencing plan for course scheduling at the Newburgh Campus, insuring day, evening, and summer completion options for all degree programs.
  3. Identify new credit and non-credit programs to be offered at the Newburgh campus
  4. Pilot alternative scheduling models for the Newburgh Campus, exploring a January interterm, accelerated courses, late-start courses,  and/or expanded weekend and summer offerings
  5. Expand academic support services: library hours, tutorial services, learning communities
  6. Expand the Honors program at the Newburgh Campus
  7. Develop plans for a CAPE center in the Maple building
  8. Develop plans for a Newburgh branch of the Center for Assistive and Rehabilitative Technology in the Maple building
  9. Conduct a feasability study for the creation of a University Center in Newburgh (BA, MA programs offered by upper division colleges & universities)
  10. Continue to develop and expand community partnerships and collaborations
