The President's Office will continue to provide the most effective leadership possible for the College, enhance the role of the College withion the community at large and focus attention on the development of the Strategic Plan, 2015-2020 to be presentaed to the Board of Trustees in January, 2015 for approval.

Department Goals

Specific things the department wishes to achieve or accomplish this academic year.

1 Complete Phase 1 of the student housing feasibility study
2 Complete the Master Facilities Plan update
3 Design and implement a Start Up New York operation at the Newburgh Campus
4 Complete, as appropriate, responses to findings of the MSCHE re-accreditation visiting team
5 Draft the 2015-202 Strategic Plan for a January, 2015 review by the Board of Trustees
6 Implement changes to Cabinet structure and/or operations as indicated by recommendations from the four four Cabinet task force geroups
7 Implement operations of the Rowley Center for Science and Engineering
8 Complete post-RCSE construction facilities changes and office moves
