Student Services Central (SSC) completed its first full enrollment cycle as a two-campus department in Spring 2015.  As the department expanded to the Middletown campus, and staffing more than doubled, improving services to students and communication with related departments remains an important focus for Student Services Central.

The expansion of the One-Stop model to the Middletown campus continues to reveal policies and procedures that need to be reviewed and updated.  As new policy/procedural incongruities are identified, SSC continues to work with the related offices to improve communication to the students as well as streamline processes for easier navigation.  Ensuring that all staff have access to the most updated policies and procedures, and a user-friendly manual will positively impact student experiences within the department.

SSC will continue to follow-up on assessment data related to student experiences and collaborate with Student Senate and other student groups to identify ways to improve students’ access to our services as well as online options.
