• Student Support: 
  • Financial Assistance
    • Connect students with grants, WIOA, and funding sources to reduce financial barriers to education. 
    • Provide one-on-one coaching to help students get financial assistance. 
  • Academic Support:
    • Provide resources to help students navigate through the programs. 
    • Offer the necessary resources to assist students who are struggling academically. 
    • Implement early alert systems to identify at-risk students and connect them with the appropriate support services. 
    • Encourage student participation by following up with attendance, progress reports, and check-ins. 
  • Data-Driven Approach: 
    • Implement data collection and analysis systems to track student outcomes and program effectiveness. 
    • Utilize data-driven insights to adapt support services and programming to meet evolving student and workforce needs.
