| How did the implementation advance the department's or division's involved, as well as the institution? | The monthly projection report was created in Cognos by the Assistant to the VPAF in collaboration with IPAR & IT. There are still some tweaks that need to be made, but it is possible to use it for the monthly BOT projection reporting. Other reports, specifically the balance sheet and cash flow statements, still need to be completed. Using Cognos reporting saves time and reduces the chance for errors to occur. |
