How did the implementation advance the department's or division's involved, as well as the institution?

Our department has been able promote and advertise our events in a more student friendly fashion. Students will get automatic confirmation emails and the program has allowed us to track attendance and provide automatic communications with a survey to help get a better understanding of the effectiveness of our program. 

Our inquiry form is also programmed through the CRM and has allowed more instant communication with our students.

Additional comments, including future plans for this initiative

We will continue to build onto the CRM. The next phase is to use the communication system for all of our actionable items including: Placement results, New START information, etc.
