| How did the implementation advance the department's or division's involved, as well as the institution? | Our department has been able promote and advertise our events in a more student friendly fashion. Students will get automatic confirmation emails and the program has allowed us to track attendance and provide automatic communications with a survey to help get a better understanding of the effectiveness of our program. Our inquiry form is also programmed through the CRM and has allowed more instant communication with our students. |
